Your "theme" isn't a rigid, binary, unrealistic promise, but rather a direction that can be sustained over the next 12 months. 

STRATEGY:

GET Wellness Advocates who want to consistently look great and feel great from within, and

WHO feel that the new year is their time to optimize their health journey

TO Commit to a MetaPWR protocol for the January 1st 30-Day Challenge
BY creating a motivating annual mantra that inspires them to start their journey on optimizing and extending their health-span
